The Java Music Club
The Java Music Club is a weekly evidence-based peer support program targeting social isolation. Using songs, images, and quotes, the program fosters discussion between people living with dementia, and over successive weeks, discussion partners become friends and a community is formed. This network of peer support has been shown to significantly reduce depression and feelings of loneliness among group participants. Read the original research on the Java Music Club.
